La blogosfera reagisce alla censura Cinese

Ancora una volta Internet si sta dimostrando ultimo baluardo dell’informazione e della libertà di pensiero. Nel corso delle ultime settimane il popolo cinese e i blogger su Internet stanno reagendo agli eventi in Tibet e le proteste sul viaggio della torcia olimpica in previsione delle Olimpiadi.

Numerosi sono i commentatori che si oppongono al regime di censura applicato dal regime comunista, e sempre più blogger si rivolgono all’occidente con toni spesso accesi. Ma i problemi non finiscono qui. Nonostante le recenti aperture del governo cinese ad Internet, sembra che il sito della CNN sia stato bloccato.

A questo si aggiunga la propaganda anti-occidentale del portale Sina.com, che mostra in home page la frase “Don’t be too CNN, fire to the Western media” (Non essere troppo CNN, evita i media occidentali). E molti analisti ritengono che le proteste per il Tibet siano servite solo per rafforzare il regime, che è riuscito a capovolgere l’opinione pubblica sul caso.
